The Boxing Mantis
Mantis is usually found in tropical and warm climate countries. In Thailand, the mantis is very beneficial for farmers as pests is the main source of food. When the mantis is waiting to attack the victim, it will raise their front legs higher as if they are boxing. TUK TUK has then imitated the gesture with the comic design of the mantis as boxers.
